I just backed from London, and I lived in the B&B hostel everyday during the trip. 1) En-suite means the toillet and shower or bath facilities including in the room. 2) Double means that the room has 2 beds. 3) Share facilities means the share of toilets and showers, some hostel may have shared kitchen. In my experience, if you don't share the rooms with strangers, you have better chosen the en-suite room, because the room with 6 to 8 people with ensuite facilities is relatively small, and you might feel embarrassing to listen the sound (water) in the room.
