超緊急~中釋英~英語學校學習時間申請延期~拜託各路大師!~+10點!!
先生: 本人於06年5月開始就讀於wallstreet 佐敦分校學習有效期至07年7月. 但由於在06年7月至07年2月期間本人因工作上班時間關係, 未能正常安排時間返校學習, 差不多停止了所有在貴校的學習時間. 望請今次去信能得到寬限, 能夠延長學習期至07年9月底. 多謝 xxx (請提議更好的英語格式) 十萬分感激!!

To whom it may concern, I took the English course at Wallstreet Institute Jordan branch for the May 06 to July 07 term. But due to my irregular working hours from July 06 to February 07, I could not attend the course and almost stopped all my studies there. So I am writing to tell you now and hope that due to the above reason, you will let me have the opportunity to extend my studies till September 07. Thanks for your attention. Best regards, xxx (name)

Dear Sir, I have been studying in the Jordon branch of Wallstreet since May 2006, and I am entitled to attend the course till July 2007. However, during the period between July 2006 and February 2007, my working-hour had led to my failure in arranging the time to attend the course as scheduled. My study here was therefore almost terminated during that period. I would appreciate if I would have the mercy and the extention of the expiry date till the end of September 2007.
